Return Process
- 1.Document the Condition
Take clear photos of the item and its original packaging, especially if there is visible damage or signs of plant stress during transit.
- 2.Submit a Request
Contact our support team within the eligible return window with your order number and the photos to receive your return authorization.
- 3.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original boxes; for live plants, ensure they are stabilized to prevent further damage during the return journey.
- 4.Ship and Refund
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label and drop the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
